On Behalf of the Board and volunteers of the Border AIDS Partnership, thank you for supporting Spotlight 2010, One Night, One Stage, One Reason to Celebrate Life. We are deeply grateful for your efforts and support of our fund-raising event. Additionally, we appreciate your generosity and support of HIV/AIDS education and prevention.

This year, approximately 300 men, women and children attended Spotlight at UTEP’s Magoffin Auditorium. Lively performers dazzled the audience during this festive, fun event. As you may know, Spotlight provides much-needed financial assistance to HIV/AIDS education, prevention and care service programs for nonprofit organizations in the El Paso border region. Your support helps Border AIDS Partnership distribute effective grants to these organizations to fight HIV/AIDS.
Moreover, funds raised are matched one dollar for every two dollars from the National AIDS Fund through the Elton John AIDS Foundation. That means that your generosity goes further touching the lives of teenagers, young adults, women and men in El Paso, Southern New Mexico and Ciudad Juarez. Thank you for being a champion in the fight against HIV/AIDS.
With sincere appreciation,
Blanca Vasquez, Board President
