Thank you for visiting the Border AIDS Partnership web-site.   We are a bi-national and tri-state funding collaborative, with support from the National AIDS Fund and the Elton John Foundation. Our main purpose is to fund HIV/AIDS education and prevention activities in El Paso, Texas, Southern New Mexico and Ciudad Juárez, Mexico.
