University Medical Center of El Paso: TAB Cares (Teen Advisory Board) – to increase prevention awareness and services regarding HIV/AIDS to young people ages 13 to 25. 

Programa Companeros AC – holistic recovery and comprehensive care for HIV positive IDUS and their sexual partners. 

Support Group HIVida, Actua y Toma El Control “Act and Take Control” – support for gay youth outreach programs.

Programa Companeros AC for HIV/VIDA – support for a woman’s support group, “Getting the word out, woman to woman” 

Opportunity Center for the Homeless – support for the HIV/AIDS testing program 

Las Americas Immigrant Advocacy Center – Las Abejas HIV/AIDS boarder outreach project. 

Families & Youth, Inc. (MUACES) Mujeres Unidas en Accion Contra el Sida “Women United in Action against AIDS” 

International AIDS Empowerment, Inc. Treatment Advocacy Program – support for education and counseling for HIV positive individuals and education, counseling and testing for their partners. 

International AIDS Empowerment, Inc. HIV Counseling and Testing Program- support for outreach and rapid HIV/AIDS testing programs.

International AIDS Empowerment, Inc. We Care Program – supporting education and outreach programs directed and El Paso and Las Cruces at risk youth.
